3. User Accounts

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

Each account is for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials with others, and you may not create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment and Billing

CaliforniaRealEstateExams offers paid access plans with one-time payments. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice; however, any price change will not affect purchases already completed
• Your access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• Access duration depends on the plan you select (1 Week, 1 Month, or 3 Months)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us at support@californiarealestateexams.com.

Refund conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
• After the 7-day window, all purchases are final and non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the CaliforniaRealEstateExams platform — including but not limited to questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — is the property of CaliforniaRealEstateExams or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our platform without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of our practice materials for exam study purposes is permitted as part of your paid subscription.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using our platform, you agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any questions, answers, explanations, or other content from our platform
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract content
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, security measures, or copy-protection mechanisms
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CaliforniaRealEstateExams does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The content is complete, accurate, or current
• Using our platform will guarantee that you will pass the California Real Estate exam
• Any defects or errors will be corrected

Our practice questions and materials are designed for study purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of exam success. Exam results depend on many factors including individual study habits, prior knowledge, and the specific questions on your exam. We strongly recommend supplementing our platform with other study methods and official DRE resources.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CALIFORNIAREALESTATEEXAMS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CaliforniaRealEstateExams in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CaliforniaRealEstateExams, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our payment processor Stripe. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. CaliforniaRealEstateExams is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and does not endorse them. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Sharing of account credentials or content
• Non-payment or payment disputes

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CaliforniaRealEstateExams regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.
